Remove sys_popup from form or include related list in sys_popup

How do you delete a sys_popup view? I created one and tried to add a related list to it. When I added the related list, the sys_popup was no longer the view used in the popup. It would revert back to the Default.

Ideally, I'd like to include a related list to the popup. If I can't do that, I want to delete the sys_popup view. I thought by going to System UI > Views and opening the sys_popup record and deleting the form section for my table would work, but I still the sys_popup.

So when I go to System UI > Views and search for sys_popup in the list, I find 133 records. There is "sys_popup" along with another 132 records with sys_popup... followed by a string. So if I go into the sys_popup, and go to the Form Sections tab, I see my table name. I tried removing that but it didn't work.

What I just noticed is that I also see my table in the Form tab. I deleted the record in the Form tab. It says it automatically will delete the Form Section record automatically.

I logged out and logged back in. Unfortunately the sys_popup view is still there. I check the System UI > Views sys_popup record and confirmed my table is no longer listed in the Form tab.

Any other suggestions?
