I've written a report which runs perfectly for me but when I share it with (itil) users, three columns are missing (screenshot below). As you can see, the columns entitled 'Account setup...' should display but do not. This happens when I'm impersonating an affected user.
I've cleared the report view as suggested on another thread.
Suggestions welcomed!
Thanks

That's what I mentioned in my 1st reply.
Please check which role the table level READ ACL has for the table being referred by Account Setup field
Give that role as child role to the itil role and then check

that is due the read access for those records. You can add sn_request_read role to your itil users.

Hi,
Did you verify those users have table level READ Access to the table being Referred by Account setup field?
Check the table level READ ACL on that table and give that role to that user

Thanks for the replies.
I'm confused as to why it would be a permission issue as the users can click into the RITM number and view the values that aren't being displayed without a problem.
