I've written a report which runs perfectly for me but when I share it with (itil) users, three columns are missing (screenshot below). As you can see, the columns entitled 'Account setup...' should display but do not. This happens when I'm impersonating an affected user.
I've cleared the report view as suggested on another thread.
Suggestions welcomed!

That's what I mentioned in my 1st reply.
Please check which role the table level READ ACL has for the table being referred by Account Setup field
Give that role as child role to the itil role and then check

Are they able to view the data from that Account Setup field when they visit the RITM form?

Yes, they can.
I've just tried with another 'itil' user and he's unable to see those columns too, so I guess it is permission-related.
