Requested Item (sc_req_item) state change choices if catalog item is equal to name

Hi, is it possible to make Requested Item in service catalog "State" choices dependent on the catalog item?

I would recommend to do this with Stage item and not with State field. As state should not be dynamic since it is used in multiple Business Rules to maintain consistency of active and inactive Requested Items.
