RITMs are not proceeding after approval from email approval

So, I have two ticket but the workflow is not getting proceeded after getting the approval from mail. Specifically for 2 tickets. Any suggestions?

Are you using a flow designed in Flow Designer for this particular catalog item? It would be helpful if you can provide more context.
