Run or call flow designer based on user role?

Hi All, 

Has anyone found a way to call a flow designer by checking a user's role? Or run a flow if a user has a specified role? 

Basically i have created a flow in flow designer to auto assign tickets from the first email reply from the support agent, but need to make sure this is only being run for itil users as i'm finding other staff members cc'd are having tickets assigned to them if they reply first even though they are not itil users or part of the assignment group....

 If anyone has any ideas would really appreciate it

Haven't tried this before, but what happens if you set your flow properties to this?

Hi Mike, 

Cheers, i tried this initial thinking the same thing however we found it just runs the flow using that role 😞
