Hi @triciav ,
Don't need to worry, it will come back online as the databases for PDIs are moving from database to another, so you might expect some interruption.

Hi @triciav

It is a known issue and there is no support available from SN on PDI.

you can wait for few more hrs. else release this instance and take a new one. and take regular backup to avoid any loss in future.

Hi there,

No we don't know. We are all just random community members and don't have any insights on how and what regarding PDIs.

There was a Datacentre migration happening, though that announcement and message on the right on the community have been removed ?yesterday? so guess that's not the issue.

Regarding the issue itself, its like others will also mention:
- Wait
OR
- Request a new PDI

PDIs simply come without any support and can get offline or even gone without any notice. So always backup your work and only use PDIs for what they are intended for.

Kind regards,
