Service Portal Filter breadcrumb widget like HI

A requirement we have here is allow our users to view open incidents and request along with their closed incidents and requests.   The My Request page only lists the open incidents and requests.   I was hoping if I put the Filter Breadcrumb in the My Request page it would allow our users to use the filter conditions to search for their closed incident and request.   But when I used that widget it only show All

Do I have to modify the clone and modify the Filter breadcrumb widget to do this?

Have you looked at the Data Table from URL Definition Widget?


It has breadcrumbs and a list of records, but without the tabs you see in HI.

Hi Paul,



When I put the Data Table from URL Definition in it requires the end user to select a table and then when selected it still doesn't show the breadcrumb.



Here is a screen shot.   I don't know if I am doing something wrong.

Whoa I don't know what happened there with my previous reply but let me try to post this again.



When I used the Data Table from URL Definitions it didn't give me the breadcrumbs and it was requiring the user to select a table.   I am not sure if I missed something when putting that widget in the My Request page.

The bread crumb comes from the URLsp?id=list&table=sc_req_item&filter=u_raised_by%3Djavascript:gs.getUserID()%5EORu_raised_for%3Djavascript:gs.getUserID()%5Eactive%3Dtrue%5EEQin tool



This widget doesn't have the in tool filter capability if that is what you are looking for.
