We haven't got a chance to try this yet, but I found this out on Share.

ServiceNow Share

OOB Reporting widgets won't be supported till the J release is my understanding.   Our PA guru briefly glanced at this from share and has potential.   Would love to know if works for folks!

Good find trishjohnson, this is what I mentioned previously. It is a solution using chart.js, an external (but very good) charting library.

Hi,

A custom widget exist on share and it works well for me : ServiceNow Share

Just be careful about two things :

- Drill down aren't supported on classic widget

- Drill down on Process Widget does not work well (the score card open outside of the service portal)
