I need to access Now Assist, document intelligence. But those where not working in PDI. How can I get those features?

Now Assist is not available on PDI, so you can't learn or do hands-on. 

If you want try to do Now Assist training via Now Learning where you will get lab instance( not sure any training available with Doc intelligence). Better log a Now learning case n team will help you.

@bj13062001 Now Assist and other AI based features are not available on PDI at the moment. If you really want to use those features then you can try to find the relevant courses on Now Learning and see if there are any lab instance available along with those courses. These lab instances may allow you to use these features.
