ServiceNow fundamentals course not getting completed

I went through all the courses, watched all the videos without skipping.

Completed Simulator 100%.

Still, some of the courses are not getting completed.

went through every course multiple times.

Any Solution?

It looks like the one with the green circles not complete are the issues. Make sure you click on the images and button on the image as well.

Clicked on every possible clickable element.

Videos, buttons, links, etc

Still not completing.

Hi, please consider opening a support case on learning portal.

Backend team will validate and mark the course as completed (if prerequisites are really met).
