ServiceNow fundamentals course not getting completed

I went through all the courses, watched all the videos without skipping.

Completed Simulator 100%.

Still, some of the courses are not getting completed.

went through every course multiple times.

Any Solution?

Hi, please consider opening a support case on learning portal.

Backend team will validate and mark the course as completed (if prerequisites are really met).

Hello, 

I had the same issue. I kept exiting the course, then on the Home clicking "Resume". The course would take me back to the pages that the system was reading as incomplete. I did that several times until the course progress reached 100%, and then I had no problem accessing the CSA exam voucher.

This is a MS Edge issue.  I ran through multiple trainings and ran into this issue time and again.  Once I switched to Chrome, the issue disappeared almost completely.
 
It appears to be whatever controls adding the 'in progress' flag to the line item.  Chrome seems to do it much faster than Edge does, and if Edge misses this flag, the module won't complete.
