I have been trying to determine the best way to migrate our SharePoint Document Center to our ServiceNow Managed Documents application. Specifically, we need to migrate hundreds of Word documents in the most efficient way possible. We successfully migrated the KB with a simple CSV export from SP and import into SNow. Like the KB, we need individual records created for each Word document.
From what I can tell on the Wiki, Web Services does not support Word documents. Would FTP be the best solution to mass migrate Word documents? Is there a simpler way?
Thanks!

Hi Sherry,
How did you do it finally?
I'm curious since we may do the samething. We're not sure yet, because our Managed Document admin finds it easier for users to continue to upload to SharePoint instead of including the docs in the Managed Document Module of ServiceNow. Why did you choose to migrate?
Thanks!
Steve

Steve D'Agostino we still haven't done this yet. But, I was thinking we could attempt doing this via FTP. I just haven't the resource availability to test this as an option.
