Hello community,
I have a team member who has the sn_shn.admin role but is not able to delete all unexpired Special Handling Notes. They are the only person creating them, the SHN records all have tables associated (required by the ACL), but they can only delete two of the records. I'm not seeing any difference in the records comparing two very similar ones in setup and we haven't done any customizations to the module. Has anyone else seen this and figured out why?
Thank you,
Erik Nelson

I've found the root cause after a little digging. There appears to be an overlap in ACLs where if you don't have access to delete the record type associated with the SHN record, you also can't delete that record. For example, if a SHN is triggered off the Incident table, and you don't have access to delete Incidents, you also can't delete the SHN record.

I would look at the ACL for the SHN records. Also what is the error you are seeing while deleting the record or you dont even see the Delete button. If you dont see the button, it is an ACL issue.
