Hi everyone, is there any way to make public the csm_ticket page of the csp portal, I need to show updates from a case to external users, so I have be trying to put public settings to page and portal following the https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0551300 steps. but when I open the page csp link, the navigator redirects to the login page.
After that, I did create another portal and clone the csm_ticket with the same widgets, but the page dont display data if the user is not login.
Do you Know other way to show a case record in portal without login?

hello,
For any page on Portal to make public you need to check the public checkbox as true
So go to the Service portal-> pages
Then open the page which you want to make public on Portal and make the checkbox as true:-
Make sure the widgets on the page are also set to public
