sla timer start after 3 days of working days and exclude sat and sun...i want to start the sla when short_description is sla timer and sla start after 3 working days.for example:-> if today is friday then sla will start on wednesday(it will not calculate the sat and sunday as a working days)..

that is not working i want that when ticket is created the sla will start after the 3 working days of creation  like today is friday the sla will start on wednesday...(ot include sat,sun as a working days) bt according to that this sla is not working can u tell me in details

@akashsinghu ,

 

For 3 days duration, there is Duration field (Check the previous screenshot) and add 24 hours (8 hours per day*3 days = 24 hours)

 

If SLA is not triggering  remove created condition and you can add 40 hours so that SLA triggers when incident gets created and runs for 5 business days(excluding weekends)

 

or you can try custom SLA conditon rule

and also i want that the duration should be 3 days bt in that case not include the sat sun
