spell check does not work in Knowledge

When in a Knowledge article (new or updating) for most of the users spell check does not work. It does work in Incidents, request, task.
It does work for some of the users. Has anyone herd of this?

in the dictionary for the field is a check box for spell check

I have the same problem in the KB - the spell check window pops up but doesn't catch any spelling errors. I tried randrews suggestion, but it didn't help. Thanks

We did find the answer that fixes this issue.
In your Internet options you have to reset back to the default condition. This worked 100% of the time. The only draw back is if your company has the homepage set to a specific page - it will have to be set back.
