spell check does not work in Knowledge

When in a Knowledge article (new or updating) for most of the users spell check does not work. It does work in Incidents, request, task.

 

It does work for some of the users. Has anyone herd of this?

Solution works fine for IE browser. What is the solution for other browsers like Google chrome and Firefox? If we reset the browser setting it does not work in Chrome.
