Hi Nithin,
There is available several plugins for user provisioning to integrate with Okta. I tried Okta Identity Cloud Enterprise and they apply a bidirectional integration meaning that all users and groups you have in ServiceNow will be imported into Okta. Since I want just one direction (Okta to ServiceNow) and there is no method to switch off the bidirectional integration, I was discouraged to use it. Check the apps at the store: ServiceNow AppStore.
So I ended to apply OKTA integration with native multi-sos using SAML. It's easy to integrate and manipulate data. Please find all instructions here: https://saml-doc.okta.com/SAML_Docs/How-to-Configure-SAML-2.0-for-ServiceNow.html
Thank you,
Raf

Hi Nithin,
It's an easy config, everything is documented.
1. Type "sso_properties.list" on Navigation bar. Create a new SAML record (follow instructions according to okta doc)
https://saml-doc.okta.com/SAML_Docs/How-to-Configure-SAML-2.0-for-ServiceNow.html
2. If the information does not come straight to your fields, store data into a field and then create Business Rule and Script Include to point to the right fields.
Thank you,
Raf
