Hi all,
Is it possible to stop notifications from being sent to a single user in a group, but retain all of the notifications from their other groups?

Hello,
You mean for that particular group you don't want to send notification to user?
If above is the case, You have to change the condition in notification like below,
Give that group in condition .

Hello,
I think there is one option from user profile you can Uncheck "notifications" checkbox to stop notification for particular user.

Hi Brad,
Yes, there is a way to turn off the notifications for a particular user and the best way for that is to turn off notifications in Notifications preference.
In the ServiceNow Native View Click the Gear icon and select notifications.
Search for a particular notification Ex. Change assigned to me
Click on the slide bar to turn off the notifications. From now onward if a change is assigned to the user he will not get notifications anymore.

Thankyou both for your responses.
Unfortunately it doesn't resolve my issue as the user only wants to stop the notifications from one particular group. For example, the user doesn't want to receive the 'a ticket has been assigned to you' notification if it comes from the Service Desk group, but does want to receive the same notification if it comes from the 'Service Now' group.
