Submit button is not visible in Catalog Form

Submit Button is not visible in Catalog Form. (This not visible for only one catalog item). I have disabled all the   Catalog UI Policies and Client Scripts. But something is blocking.

It would also be interesting to check if any UI script causing this issue.
