I want to change the logo and theme/branding for the Vancouver/Washington dc release workspace. I tried below solution but that is not working for me:
1. Created new theme in table sys_ux_theme for branding but it is not reflecting
2. For logo tried this solution https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0964327
both are not working for me, Can someone help me ?
Thanks in advance,
Nisha

Hi @Nisha15,
In your non-production Instance, you can install the Theme Builder (sn_theme_builder) plugin. We found this to be an easier way to apply a new logo and change the color scheme of the Instance.
Hope this helps!

Hi Josh,
I will try and will let know you if this works. But do we have any other options instead of installing plugin?

@Nisha15 Thanks but is it recommended ? we are trying to migrate legacy workspace to configurable workspace and we want the old logo using for legacy to applicable for our custom configurable workspace. Can we still consider this option
