Hello Pradeep,
Currently we are using service now in our project,Where we will be assigning the request to the resolver manually .
Is there options in Service now that can automatically assign the request the resolver.

Through this Defining Assignment Rules - ServiceNow Wiki options , Does tickets can be assigned to resolver - based on there availability . So that breaches can be avoided
