Hello Community,
I cloned the ticket conversations widget which I want to use in our service portal.
However I want the typing text box to be rich text like the out of the box standard conversations widget.
Do you know where to change this?
I'm having difficulties finding this in the html and css code.

To add more details:
I want to use the Standard Conversations widget, but I want additional comments conversations to be like right and left, but I don't know where to change this.
