Transfer tickets between two ServiceNow instances

If a company uses ServiceNow as their own workflow tool but then also use a different instance of ServiceNow to manage workflow for another company, is it possible to transfer a ticket submitted on their own instance, into the instance for the other company?

I think it is easier to configure conditional logic with eBondingrelative to which incidents to transfer as in this case.

Plus eBonding is included with the platform (Flow Designer) and Instance Data Replication is an additional cost.

I typically think of IDR when I want to move a larger volume of data or keep everything fully in sync.
