Trying to uninstall an app without updating first but the menu is missing...

There's an app installed in our instance, "PagerDuty Platform for Real-Time Operations". I need to uninstall the app, but I can't, presumably because an update is available. I don't want to update an app that I want to remove. Is there another way to uninstall the app without using the kludgy System Application interface w/ missing menu?

Please advise. Thank you.

Never mind. I found the Related Link 'Uninstall' once I click on the app name in System Apps UI.
