Unable to Activate Playbook in Zurich Release – Activate Button Always Greyed Out

Hi everyone,
Is anyone experiencing an issue in the Zurich release where you cannot activate either an existing playbook or a newly created one?
Normally, after making changes and saving a playbook, the Activate option becomes available so the new changes can be applied. However, in my instance, the Activate button remains permanently greyed out, no matter what I do.
I’ve confirmed this is not a role or permission issue since I’m an admin.
Has anyone else run into this, or is there a known workaround/fix?

You can Log a case to your ServiceNow vendor for the support on this issue. I guess They can help you here.

Try repairing the OMC plugin and test it. If it still doesn’t work, log a new support case.
