Hi Harman,
I can drag and drop to the text body. When I try to attach same file using "manage attachment" option at top right on KA form receiving error message. also I cant attach using Insert/edit image option by selecting type as "Attachment".
I can attach other files apart from this.

Hi Pavan,
Not sure if this helps, but I had the same issue recently with a PowerPoint file.
I tried to attached a ".pptx" file, which normally worked fine. Only for one particular file the message came up. When opening it in PowerPoint I noticed that it was in a different format, i.e. it was "Strict Open Xml Presentation" file which also uses the same "pptx" ending and works perfectly fine in PowerPoint itself, but is internally a different format.
It could therefore be the case that the internal format of your PNG file is slightly different than ServiceNow expects it and it throws the error to prevent any malicious code being inserted.
If this is the case, opening your file in a picture editor and saving it again by manually selecting the file format might solve the problem.
