Unable to Preview PDF in Agent Workspace

Is there a configuration now that will allow preview of PDF files in the Agent Workspace? I am currently getting this error when viewing a PDF:

As of now, it still looks like PDF viewing isn't available in Agent Workspace.

And a couple other people have asked this as well with little result, even with document viewer enabled.

Someone mentioned in the idea this may be available in Quebec, hopefully that's the case

Is this functionality yet pending from ServiceNow or did you found any solution/workaround on it.

Based on this article, the document preview functionality has been implemented in Quebec release.
