So I am just starting to try and use Flow Designer for integration. We currently use Jenkins as well as ServiceNow. Is there a guide that will walk me through how to call a job or perform a build? I am just looking for a basic guide to get started. Thank you for any help.

You should only need to use it if your version of Jenkins supports using that token. That was the problem we ran into is we have multiple versions of Jenkins and some need the token and some do not.
In addition you should not need the script to supply the CSRF token look at the last screenshot and you will see the datapill you get as a return for going and getting the CSRF token.

Our Jenkins is in the internal network. Do you have an idea on how to configure the connection?
It's not mentioned in the document.
