Virtual agent- Call Support option

Hi Team,

I want to display an alert message with contact number in portal when user clicks on "Call Support (Daily 8Am-5PM)" from chat bot. Is there any option to achieve this.

Please suggest.

Nice question. If wanted, this should be done within the $sn-va-web-client-app.do page. Though, unfortunately, you can't access this.

So I would say: Not possible. Maybe someone comes with a surprising workaround.

However, if you really want a second popup, you may need to modify the widget.
