Virtual Agent loop back - how to?

Can't figure it out...just trying to do a loopback to a previous point in the flow.  Grabbing the decision's line only drags the whole page...never allowing the line to draw to another point.

Lots of examples in the plugins, but you have to duplicate them to edit and see the setup...still no way to know how they are connected.

Help anyone?

Hello,

The only way you can drag your decision line is to click the arrow in between (hold your click) and drag it  either to connect to any node or to add it as a loopback . Once you held it at the correct position, and start moving, it will appear as a sky blue line else it will move the total flow together, As the flow starts growing larger and larger , zooming the view of the flow to a higher percentage would help us in grabbing some pixels in between the arrow to help us drag it and reconnect . But if you zoom more , we will end up resulting in a target node going away from the screen leaving no chance to grab it again 🙂

The examples in the plugins are in different scope , which makes the flow read only . If you can select the application scope in the scope picker as of the same scope the flow is in , it will make it editable (Also make sure you zoom it to a greater level to catch hold of the arrow) 🙂

EXPECTING Servicenow in upcoming releases will add a feature allowing us to catch the arrow and span through the entire flow as in the workflows currently.

Mark this as correct if it resolves your query and helpful if that really helps.

Thanks,

Siva

Thank you!!!  Its confusing, when you hover over the dot, the icon changes to a hand probably identifying it can be dragged...but its the Arrow (that does not change the icon) that drags.  Can't blame me for being tricked.
