Voice integrations for use with ServiceNow On call

We are looking for a tool to incorporate voice into our on call management functionality.  We have looked at Twilio before, as well as a few other tools (amazon, plivo, and pagerduty), but decided to wait on implementing voice.  Wanted to look to the community to see if anyone has praise, or criticism, for tools as we start our product research again.

We're getting ready to start integration with Twilio and our on-call calendars. The price is right, and using the Notify plugin, the integration should be quick and easy.
