VTB - Work notes v additional comments

Hi,

Who can see updated worknotes ? All members who are added to the board? If so what is the difference between adding an update as an additional comment v a worknote.

Hi Wendy,

Worknotes are visible for all the members added on the board.

Below the difference between the two fields:

  • the Worknotes is for IT to use if they don't want the user/customer to see it
  • the Additional Comments is for IT and the user to use to communicate to each other.

Hi Alberto,

Many thanks for your response. My board is made of up ITIL user members only so I suppose no difference then for us whether we use work notes or additional comments to update the task.
