Visual Task Board Email notifications

Hi,

Is it possible to switch on email notifications to allow a user to receive an email notification when they are added to a visual task board and a notification when a task is added/ updated on the board?

yes, it's possible, check the following official documentation:

In details, you the following OOTB email notification:

VTB additional assignee notificationSends an email notification to users when they are designated as additional assignees for tasks.
VTB assignee notificationSends an email notification to users when they are designated as the primary assignees for personal tasks.
VTB lane change notificationSends an email notification to a task's assignees when the task changes lanes.

hi Alberto,

Many thanks for your response. I had a look at the info via the link and it seems that a member will get an email notification when they are added as a second assignee or when an assigned task is moved to a different lane. My question is more along the lines of ' if I add additional requirements to a task will the assigned person receive an email notifying them or they only way they are going to know is if they view the board and drill into the task'
