we have an email sent to the users for reclaiming software which they don't use. this email is against a samp_sw_reclamation_candidate record.
they receive a yes or no option in the email where they tell if they need the software or not. if they click 'yes' they need the software, then we want to capture business justification.
what is the best way to capture this information?

@Ravish Shetty Is it possible for user to provide business justification on email body ? If yes then you can mimic the reopen incident functionality.
It will work like, if user will click on "Yes" button it will popup new email with email body template "Please provide Business Justification" ( highlight in Red so they don't ignore it ).
