When searching in user table, it just keeps searching. Servicenow Portal

Other users can search very quick but one of users is unable to do so. Any idea why this is happening?

For variables use variable attributes

To achieve the above results I put the following Variable attributes:

ref_ac_columns=name;email,ref_ac_columns_search=true,ref_auto_completer=AJAXReferenceCompleter
