Why is Location only populating for one location and not all in Catalog Tasks list???

When attempting to see the requested for user location in the list of SCTASK's, that is referenced from the REQ, why is it only displaying one specific location and not all the locations, eventhough the location is listed in the REQ?  Need help!

Probably because all the users you've been testing with have the same location...

We have over 8k users globally, but I am only seeing Asia users. We have 136 locations in our location table.
