I'm very new to working with the flow designer so the answer to this is likely to be obvious to many of you. (I've been using workflows.)
We're splitting one service catalog request item in two so I copied the flow someone else wrote for the original item. I had to change the variable names in the new item but I can't change the Get Catalog Variables action to use the new item. The Save button is grayed out.
I'm not sure what other information would be useful, but will be glad to provide it. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi sbh,
How was the flow "copied"?
The "Save" button is usually grey out when there is nothing to save. Adding a "Log" step usually enables the "Save" button.
Also, is it possible to delete the "Get Catalog Variables" step and re-insert it into the flow?
In the "Action", "Save" button is enabled when "Input Variables" or "Output Variables" is edited. Editing the Script will not enable the Save button so it is necessary to edit the Input Variable or Output Variables after editing the script.

Hi
unfortunately it is not really clear what your issue is.
Please provide more details and especially screenshots, so we can better understand your situation and help you accordingly.
Kind regards
Maik

Thank you both for replying!
I copied the flow using the ... menu and saved the copy with a new name.
