I have a survey created that uses the cmdb_ci_business_app table to trigger the survey when the assessment date changes. The survey goes to the IT App Owner.
However, most app owners will own a dozen or so applications. But when I trigger the survey for Application B, it does not create a survey instance to the owner of that owner already has an outstanding survey for App A. I need to remove this logic such that a user can have more than 1 of these surveys/instances assigned.
Where is this logic performed? I cannot find the rule/script.

Within your survey there's a trigger condition that you can set or is set and that is where those settings would be done.
Settings like:

Do you know which field in the trigger? I tried several and it did not appear to make a difference.
