Work notes and additional comments of the custom table cannot display in Portal/ Ticket form page.

I created a record producer for a new custom table( task-based), added it into service catalog.

When I access it from Employee Service Center Portal, submit a new record,  the work notes and additional comments journal fields cannot display on the conversation widget of ticket form.

Dose anyone know the reason?

Can you use the itil account instead of system admin account.

Audit is not enabled on Journal fields of custom table(s).
