Hi,
For some of the Incident in workspace activity area showing user ID instead of user name.
Found this KB but did not help in my case-

Hi,
This post talks about this too, apparently it's a defect introduced by Tokyo Patch 7 and the problem number is PRB1648393. We have the same problem.

If you have made the change in the properties as per the Article.
Clear the cache() instance name.service-now.com/cache.do and test again.
make new entries in the activity to see the effect of the new entries.
