When trying to create a Workspace Form Button on a custom table Workspace, I cannot get it to display in the workspace. I've checked the classic form and can see it there.
I've removed all my existing code and just added a gs.info message for testing purposes. I've removed everything from Condition, Requires Role and UI Action Visibility.

Go to, Now Experience Framework >> Action and events >> UX Form Action >> try to create new button here and see if it is visible on your now Experience

Have you checked table "sys_ux_form_action" and created button here ?

Agreed, that's why I asked if you were using Agent Workspace versus Now Experience Workspace because there's one extra step in Now Experience Workspace now, whereas Agent Workspace would just display the UI Action.
