Workspace for custom table, UI Action Form Button not showing on Workspace form

When trying to create a Workspace Form Button on a custom table Workspace, I cannot get it to display in the workspace. I've checked the classic form and can see it there.

I've removed all my existing code and just added a gs.info message for testing purposes. I've removed everything from Condition, Requires Role and UI Action Visibility.

No joy there either I'm afraid. I've set the order back to 200 (I changed it to something higher during earlier testing), but it's still not working. The 3 dots just show Delete option.

This issue is happening with other ui action as well ? 

Can you try to create new UI Action and just set "Workspace Form Button" as true and see if it is visible or not ?

Just confirming, are you testing with non admin user or admin user ?

if you are testing with non admin user, can you check if admin can view this . 

Also can you confirm , you have created brand new workspace or using OOTB ? Can you share screenshot of your UI Action which you created just now ?

I'm using an admin user for testing at the moment.

I created a new Workspace Experience for an application using AES, I've just been adding UI Actions via the normal Studio for the app.
