Thanks for your responses.
We have Jira spoke to integrate between ServiceNow and Jira.
Ticket creation is successful and Updates from Jira to ServiceNow are happening fine.
Issue is about to send Description updates and Comments posting (both internal and customer visible comments) from ServiceNow to Jira.
I am seeing this error on my update flow action:
Additional fields are nit rendering when I am using dynamic value for Jira issue id,
I am saving Jira issue id(example:prj-123) on one of the fields(example: jirakey) on Incident.
And using the same field (jirakey) for mapping the Issue Id on "Update Comment" action.
I can see the Additional fields enabled when we use the static issue key(example: prj-123) into Issue Id field on Update action:
Could you please help on this.
