Hi @NeenuP !!

If your ServiceNow instance is not waking up after multiple attempts, it is likely hibernated . Try starting it again from the Developer Portal and wait a few days. If it still doesn’t start, the instance may be corrupted or reclaimed, and you may need to request a new instance. Also check the ServiceNow status page for any ongoing outages.

Hello @NeenuP ,

If you are able to see Waking up instead of start building then you will have to wait for some time (it might be hours) to wake up the Instance..

But if it is offline then try logging every day may be it should wake up but it will take min 3-4 days ..

Hi @NeenuP ,

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

  1. Wait, it should come online again after some time
  2. If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Hi @NeenuP,

Sometimes it takes longer than 20 mins. Try to wait; if your instance is new, then you can apply for a new one, but if your instance has data, then I will suggest you wait or but don't release it. Once you release your instance, then it won't be coming back; your data will be lost forever.

Patience is key here!!!
