Hi @AbhishekJainAJ

Pdi doesn't come with support which means only option is to wait. Or if you need a new PDI release this and get a another PDI but in this case you will loose all your data on old PDI.

Recommendation to wait for few hrs.

Hi Abhishek,

I’ve faced the exact same issue recently. The instance was showing Offline on the Developer Portal with that TLS message when trying to open it. In my case, it was because the PDI was under unscheduled maintenance. I wasn’t able to access it for a couple of weeks, but eventually it came back online with all my custom data still intact.

Right now, there’s nothing much we can do from our end, just refresh the status occasionally and wait for it to recover. If you urgently need a working environment, you can release this one and request a fresh PDI, but you’ll lose your existing configurations.

So if you have important work in that instance, better to wait until it comes back. Hopefully it won’t take long.

Regards,

Aswin
