My servicenow deveoper account is locked

I am not able to login into my instance. It asks me for biometric, for some passkey which I don't have. They do have an option of receiving a code on your email, but I never receive any code on my email. What should I do? Feels like I am stuck in a loop...

Did you try to enter the code manually from App.

I don't have any code or app, I tried the steps it told me. Scanned QR from my phone but no code was found

The app has been linked to the DEV instance. Now, when you open the app again, you will see a 6-digit code.
