I'm not able to login to my instance. Here is what it shows:
Did 'reset instance password' many times but it still shows same error.

Yeah, I tried that multiple times but I'm not able to open my instance. Can you suggest how can I approach ServiceNow regarding this issue?

Hi @SparshG
Look like you are doing something wrong here, almost everyone who answered is using PDI day in day out and we able to login.
As @AndersBGS if you click on start building, it will login automatically, else if you open the broswer, enter the instance link.
Username: admin
password: DONT COPY better type it. make sure caps are off/ there is difference Zero and O
If still issue, lets connect 1-1 , send me message will connect with you. Also there is no support available for PDI so SN cant help here.
Or if you okay, send me your instance password and link via personal message, let me try to login.

What happens if you clink "start building" from the developer site? Doesn't it give your I instance access.
