Hi All,
I need help for my service now PDI. Numerous time I have refreshed my instance but still it says instance is offline and try few minutes later. Why it is showing again and again like this since last 5 hours.
If anybody knows about it please share your knowledge.

I encountered a similar issue recently, and my instance became available again after 2-3 days. I recommend waiting patiently for a couple of days, as it might resolve itself. However, if you haven't used your instance for more than 10 days, ServiceNow may reclaim it. If the instance remains offline even after 3-4 days, you may need to release the current instance and request a new one.

Hi @Juhi Poddar , Can I release my instance now and take the new one if it is not working as I want to practice at the moment. Will that be okay or still I should wait for it to come online ?

Releasing the instance will result in the loss of all your data. If you’re okay with losing the data, you can go ahead and release it to request a new instance. However, if retaining your data is important, I recommend waiting a bit longer to see if the current instance comes back online.
